SMART Recovery online meetings are where Smarties from up and down the country and even further a field get together to share their successes and/or struggles and share how the tools are helping them in recovery.
Bring along any topics you’d like to discuss for your check-in. And it’s perfectly OK if you just want to sit back and listen too.
Please arrive about 15 minutes before the actual start time so we can do mic checks and welcome you if you are new. You do not need a mic as you can type message if you want too. Headphones/speakers are required if you want to listen to what is being said.
